That’s awesome. Hoping the mass market contract does not preclude future limited editions? If not, mass market hardcover and paperback signed will scratch my itch.
That’s a hard question to answer. Kensington owns all North American print rights and only intends to release a mass market paperback. Down the road, who knows? The UK rights are still available, so maybe there’ll be a hardcover release. For now, this (and the eBook and audiobook) will be the only version.
