Short Sales
As I’m sure you all know, I don’t write many shorter works, so sales are few and far between. In fact, I think the last was “Mt. Uncompahgre” (the original idea that spawned SNOWBLIND) for the Shocklines anthology from CD (I signed the sig sheets a while back, so it ought to be released sometime soon). Anyway, I actually have two new sales to report. The first is my favorite Halloween memory for the upcoming OCTOBER DREAMS 2 from Cemetery Dance. (Thanks to Robert Morrish for the invitation!) The second is a story called “Tears of the Dragon” for THE LIBRARY OF THE DEAD anthology from Written Backwards, featuring Gene O’Neill, Weston Ochse, Roberta Lannes, and a collaboration between Brian Keene and Mary SanGiovanni. I hope you enjoy both!

BURIAL GROUND Gets Life in Audiobook
It’s my pleasure to introduce Gary Tiedemann, who’ll be graciously lending his voice talents to BURIAL GROUND. His audition was amazing and I have no doubt he’ll prove an amazing guide into the most dangerous unexplored jungles of Peru.
Gary Tiedemann is a Chicago/LA based actor. In Chicago, Gary studied improvisation and did funny things at The Second City, iO, Comedy Sportz, and The Annoyance theatres. As a founding ensemble member of The New Colony, Gary has either performed in, designed sound, or helped hang something for most of the company’s productions. Recent performances with The New Colony include: B-Side Studio, Psychonaut Librarians, FRAT, Pancake Breakfast, That Sordid Little Story, Hearts Full of Blood. Gary has been heard in numerous television, radio, interactive, and animated projects. BLOODLETTING…For Your Ears
I’m pleased to announce that several of my novels will soon be released as audiobooks via Audible and will be available at most of your favorite outlets, like Amazon and iTunes. Over the next couple of weeks I want to introduce you to the talent who’ll be reading/producing the works, starting with BLOODLETTING and Scott Thomas of AMC Studios.

Shades of Reality
For those of you who don’t know Leigh Haig, he’s slaved behind the scenes as a copyeditor for presses like Necessary Evil Press and Thunderstorm Books. I met Leigh nearly a decade ago when he was assigned to my NEP novelette ZERO, and we’ve been friends ever since. I can’t even count all of my books that have been made better by his keen eye and editorial suggestions. During this time it’s been my pleasure to see him develop as a writer, too. And thus it’s my pleasure to share the news of the publication of his first book, SHADES OF REALITY from Gallows Press. There’s even an afterword by Gene O’Neill and an intro by yours truly.
